Quicken Auto Transport is a five star operation! After being inundated with calls, texts, and emails from various companies to ship our daughter's car from Oklahoma to Massachusetts, I was more confused than confident about the entire process. I spoke to many representatives, some of whom were down right rude, none of whom gave me a straight answer about the exact cost. I was told that the driver might ask for $50 to $200 more than the quote, depending on if the driver thought the car wasn't packed safely or if there was too much inside the car. I assured them this would not be the case but was told it was up to the driver. Then I spoke with Dave! He was honest, knowledgeable, forthright, articulate, and pleasant. And ever so patient with all of my questions! The driver arrived 2 days early, but only after checking to make sure that would not inconvenience us. We had our car four days later. I would definitely recommend Quicken and would use them again. Thank you for a great experience!
