This was our first time shipping a vehicle and we were contacted be several "shippers". Many of whom are just brokers who quoted us one price, but when it came down to the contract the price went up $50 or $60 dollars without explanation. One man tried to tell me that prices can change "overnight" and he had no control over the costs. When we contacted Quicken Auto Transport, I spoke to Chis and he walked us through their process and even met the price I was quoted. If I left him a message, he always called me right back. He made me feel very comfortable about using his transport company to ship our vehicle, which arrived in excellent shape, and a day early. We also had a super driver that would give us updates along the road, so that we would know when to expect our delivery. I will definitely use Quicken again!
