They will tell you whatever you want to hear. They will give you whatever pick update you want but they do not have control. They are just a broker. The company picking up and transporting the vehicle has the final say. Proven also stated that my cc would not be charged until day of pick up and it was charged the next day, 9 days prior to. When I asked about it, they never called back. They dispatched the vehicle to Unified Auto Trans. After not hearing them them 24-48 hrs before pick up was scheduled, as per the contract, I called them and they told me they could not pick up as per the date on the contract. So they cancelled the pick up and I had to fight the cc charge with the bank, and I rec'd the funds back. Any broker you use is done with you once they receive their initial deposit because you pay the balance to the driver and they have no control over the driver. They don't work for them.
