Unsatisfactory car shipping, took over a month to get a small refund

I used this service through Montway Inc and I would not recommend this company to others. They only gave me a 2 hour notice that they were on their way at 5pm in the evening, when I was told I'd have at least 24 hours notice. So we weren't able to get to a bank to get the required amount as the bank was closed at 5pm nor were we able to go get a rental car as we had planned. On top of this, the driver was not able to get into the drive (which isn't his fault) but then made us drive our cars out a mile onto a busy road and park them there so he could load them in the dark blocking traffic. Then, to top it all off, the cars arrived extremely dirty and a bit damaged. While we were expecting some dirt, but the classic car we had shipped was completely BLACK on one side due to the soot from the truck exhaust. The driver even said that his manager was aware of the issue with that truck and hasn't fixed it. While we appreciate that the driver stayed and helped clean the car (after I yelled at him over the phone), this is no excuse for this damage. Then its taken over a month to get a very small amount in a refund from them to Montway just to cover the auto detailing. We've kept getting excuses after excuses that they are "on vacation" or "out of the office" for the past month and I had to hound the customer service through Montway just to get anything from PA Port Express.

I will say on a positive note the driver DID get the cars here earlier than we expected, which was nice. He seemed knowledgeable although he was pretty frustrated by the situation too. The price was also good but was quoted through Montway.
