Very disappointing service from this company. We spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mike. He was fairly professional but we asked to escalate this and no one was prepared to take accountability. We agreed to use their service with the understanding it would be a maximum of 7-10 days delivery process. 15 days later and at quite some cost to us we received a filthy car. The transport company blamed Onassis as a brokerage and Onassis simply did not seem to care. We were given a total bill of $1,500 and it seems that as long as Onassis get there fee as brokerage they do not care thereafter.
Very disappointing and we asked for a refund for the $100 brokerage fee due to the poor service in which this company over promised and under delivered and we were told that no refund or reimbursement would be issued.
I would strongly encourage you to NOT use this company. If someone contacts us and resolves this issue then we may consider removing this rating. Until this do NOT use this company and be sure to always get written confirmation of any promises made.
