There is poor to no communication between the Customer Service Manager and dispatchers as verbal discussion with Customer Service Manager regarding the need to deliver by a specific date and committing to specific date were not relayed to the dispatcher.

Despite several calls to the dispatcher to get status of current vehicle delivery location and the promise to call me back twice dispatcher never called back to provide me the information I needed in order to understand when the vehicles would arrive at port to meet vessel sailing.

This may be a large transporter but their customer service levels leaves a lot to be desired and their inabilities to own up to their own mistake leave quite a bit to be desired. I would not reuse there services due to this type of customer service and attitude.
