Poor Service

Nationwide agent Mr. Jon Scott instructed me to deliver car to Matson in Hawaii, Matson refused to accept due to non-receipt of payment from Nationwide, I have to wait forhalf an hour before they (Matson) accepted my car. I have to pay the whole amount or Nationwide has to charge my credit card before instructing me to deliver car to Matson. Shipped my car early with the understanding that it will get to Texas on time when I get there, Me and my family arrived 11 January 2008 and I tried to call Mr. Jon Scott and also left messages never heard from him again up to now. I finally got hold of Ms. Lavone from customer service but was not able to give me an estimated arrival of my car, I wanted to rent one so we have something to use while waiting for my car but I was told from Lavone that I will not get re-imbursed. My car finally arrived 6 days after we arrived, and I have to meet the driver to pick up my car 4 blocks away where I live, although I was told that suppose to be door to door serive. They could have atleast refund my money for gas when I borrowed my niece car while waiting for mine. I shipped my 2 other cars to another transport company.
