After getting screwed over by a different broker (see my review for American Dream Auto Transport where they have a reputation for taking deposits then stopping all communication), I was growing impatient to have my newly purchased motorcycle delivered from Nebraska to Illinois. I was very pleased with the turnaround time of MoverQuest.

I used their website to receive a quote and got one within 24 hours, maybe even same day. The price was under average, but not the best price. However, the one place (Eagle One Express, who has excellent honesty and communications) that was cheaper could not ship it within the month so I went with MoverQuest. I asked a few questions from Barry at MoverQuest and got prompt answers. We made a deal soon after and he gave me tentative dates for delivery.

MoverQuest uses Allied trucks and one showed up in Nebraska a day or so early and the pickup contact was very impressed with their professionalism. They also managed to deliver the bike to Illinois on the estimated delivery date despite going through a snow storm. I was also happy with the communications. The trucker called me a day ahead of time to tell me he would arrive the following day. They unloaded and parked the bike for me. It looked like it was well cared for and they handled the bike like they knew what they were doing.

I was a little hesitant to go with another broker after my horrendous experience with American Dream Auto Transport, but Barry was very professional and treated me like he valued his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to go with them again. They appear to do other trucking as well (moving household goods, etc) and I'll keep them in mind if I ever have to move across the country. They don't make empty promises and always keep you in the loop. Besides maybe a *little* lower price, you couldn't ask for any more.
