I had never used a transport company before. Melissa made me feel at ease, the website gave very helpful advice on how to choose a company. The driver kept me informed and was great ! The truck was enclosed which I was not expecting. I am more than pleased and if I ever need a vehicle shipped again I will use Mercury.
