Moving a car cross country from Virginia to California can be challenging, fortunately I chose Mercury and more specifically Luis Morrero! He did everything necessary to make this move as painless as possible. He provided information on the process in an easily understood method for a neophyte to this process. His practical easy approach stood out as the sole apex of the multitudinous offers that deluged my inbox after I asked for a quote. Luis didn’t stop there, over the three month period he would occasionally send me more detailed information and did not spam me with it. (He hit the Goldilocks zone on target!) Once I committed to use his brokerage, he ran with it and guided me through each step. He offered suggestions and explained the consequences of each option without any pressure to pick any particular option, he let me decide. After the contract was signed, he provided all of the required coordination points, paperwork and contact points. …and MOST importantly, the car arrived in the same condition in California that it was when it left Virginia. Would I choose Mercury again and should you? YES!
