Am a novice to the vehicle transport community, and went on line to find a website that will help move my sister's car from Virginia to Florida. After entering my information, I received a flood of imposing texts and calls. My goodness! Who do I pick? I began the horrible process of looking up any information I could find about each business, including calling each broker, oh my... one broker I couldn't understand through the broken english (who knows what I could be doing and when?); then I received a very calm and pleasant e-mail from Joe Kelly of Mercury Transport, who wrote honestly about the process and outlined the step by step process, so I called Joe. His level of honest communication was unmatched by any other transport service. Joe found a driver who delivered the car just as planned, both the driver and Joe communicated with me and I felt confident the car would arrive safely, and it did!
