Pete Reynolds of Mercury Auto Transport was very helpful shipping a car from AZ to the SF Bay Area. After I initiated the shipment schedule, but before a carrier was assigned I had to put the transport on hold unexpectantly. Pete was great, talking me through it. He educated me on how the shipment would work once I could reschedule it. Once rescheduled they were able to arrange to pick up the car within the desired window. It was delivered sooner than expected. The carrier chosen was great. He kept us informed of his progress and again within an 1.5 hr of delivery. The car arrived in great shape. Very happy with the entire experience.
