I must commend Jim on his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. If I called Jim and left a voice mail or even e-mailed him, he would respond in a timely manner. I would have loved to have several customer service representatives like Jim working for me. KUDOS....Even though the carrier was late, weather conditions, he unloaded my a=car and brought everything into my new home.
