Jim is very courteous and professional. If you call him or leave a voice mail message, he returns your call. I was in business for 50 years and the customer service that Jim gives is above and beyond. I would have loved to have several Jim's working for me. KUDOS.....Even thought the carrier was late, weather conditions, Tony unloaded my car and brought everything into my new home. Kudos to Midnight Auto Transport as well.
