The ladies at Magic Carpet Auto Transport were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was skeptical at first given the horror stories from people whose cars were damaged or not picked up at all. Kathy was very transparent in this regard and explained to me exactly how this industry works (this company is a broker that takes a cut and contracts to carriers to actually ship the vehicle). They explained how lowering the quote would only lessen my chance of a carrier picking up my car and would not affect their cut either way. The carrier was late (not at the fault of magic carpet) to pick up my car, and Hillary was patient with my many nervous calls while we tried to sort out what was taking the carrier so long. All in Magic Carpet was there from beginning to end to help me through this process, and I highly recommend them!
