So, let's be frank. Did my car get to the destination? Yes. Was it damaged? No. But, my experience with Magic Carpet was definitely not magical. It was stressful and during a cross-country move the last thing you need is more stress.

I spoke with Kristaan who was very nice, but neglected to let me know some important things: 1) that the pick-up date was an estimate. 2) That we had to put down a deposit once the car was picked up.

Making it worse, Kristaan was out of the office for a medical procedure during the period when my car was supposed to be picked up. I has to call the office several times before the receptionist was able to send me someone who could help me. Serious lack of communication at the company. I even asked to speak with the receptionist's manager and she wouldn't connect me with her.

The driver who picked up and dropped off the car was very nice, but he didn't even work for Magic Carpet. They outsourced the job to another company.

Overall, just not impressed.

Elizabeth - I apologize for the lack of communication for the week I was out of the office on surgical leave. You should have been talked to daily by my assistant and that didn't happen, that will not happen again. As for the driver delivering late, that was completely out of my control. However, when I was back in the office, we did speak daily and I kept you updated the entire time. In the future, I will be here - and will make sure you have 5 star service. Kristaan 317-547-4021
