11 Days and nothing!!

This company was hired to move my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Indiana to Texas. The lady on the telephone was nice but did not help much. 11 days later I canceled the request as they were not able to secure a truck. My personal feeling is that these people low bid and then they cannot get a truck to move the vehicles.

I wish they would have been more honest with me, I would have paid more in order to get the vehicle moved faster.

They are terrible at answering emails.

I am sorry but I would not use them again.

Most Clients don't read the terms and agreements in shipping contracts. In our agreement in says no less than 15 different places that we don't guarantee pick ups or deliveries. Even with all of the disclaimers clients like this still feel the need to trash our good name. This Client never paid one red cent to our firm for the 11 days we were working on getting his car moved. Clients really need to read everything as it relates to shipping their automobile. Apparantly Gilberto made the choice not to.
