I wanted to move my car during the Christmas holiday season across the country, from California to New York. I was getting few responses from carriers using the first company I signed up with. I moved my business to Magic Carpet based on its good reviews and some questionable ones that came up for my original company about problems with their drivers asking for more money than agreed to. I worked with Kristaan who was up front and honest that my hoped for pick-up date was unlikely to happen, given the weather conditions. She assured me there would be no problems with the driver once the car was picked up. I ended up paying a little more than originally agreed to, but a driver was found who was very accommodating and delivered the car a day ahead of schedule. The service was very professional and I would use Magic Carpet again, as well as recommend them to friends.
