The overall eperience was not good. When we called the company, they were very nice and assured us that there wont be any problem in transporting the car to the destination. We had told them that we are leaving the state and we had kept a 2 day window for pick up. We didnt hear from them after we followed up on the day the move was supposed to happen....I had to call them 4-5 times taking time off from work and I still couldnt get to the person who was responsible for arranging my pick up..all they kept saying is that she is still looking for a trucker - and they werent sure if they could find one. Later in the afternoon my wife got through to the person and luckily she had found a trucker. The person who arranged the trucker was not sympathetic at all instead she said that Nevada(Vegas) to Washington is a route they normally have a lot of difficulties to find a trucker - it felt like we should be glad she was able to find one for us. By the time they called me back, I was in no mood to argue - I was sooo happy they found a trucker that I also agreed to the slighlty higher offer of that trucker (it was about 50 bucks more than what we initially agreed). Definately will not recommend this to anyone. I mean all I was expecting from them is to do their job without creating suspense and anxiety.

After the truck was picked up by AADA systems Inc, the driver got in touch with me and asked if I can come to a place to pick it up from him directly on a Friday night else the car stay in the warehouse and will arrive on Monday monring (my sense now is that he was trying to hide the damage and quickly hand off the car). I refused and said I am willing to wait for the car to be delivered on monday. Monday the car appears at our house and the wind deflector on top of my sunroof had neatly dissappeared!!...the delivery person played ignorant and said he does know anything about it. We are gald we have the pictures of the car and also marks to show that the wind deflector was there previously. Now we have to get two quotes from dealers...and then hope to get the car fixed!!!

Try finding someone else...well the damaged car is definately not magic auto car transport's fault. But they kept us in suspense during the move which is not a good thing. For people who have to move far(change states), you know how stressfull a move can be! ...especially we had a toddler, two old parents moving with us.

If your trucking company is AADA Systems Inc, make sure you take all possible pictures of your car. They will ask you to trust them, but dont !!...when you are receiving the car, make sure you recieve it in daylight and have ample time to inspect the car, so you can see all damages (if any).

I have moved a lot ...and have had much better experiences with car moving before.

Kapil~ i apologize that your service wasnt the best experience. At Magic Carpet we try our hardest to make our customer 100% happy with their experience. However sometimes with uncommon routes it takes a little longer for scheduling a carrier. if you have any questions feel free to contact me.~stephanie~
