The vehicle was dirty and my brother who picked up the vehicle did not notice the scratch on the left rear bumper. I was tired from moving my family cross country and just did not have the energy to deal with a lot of back and forth with the delivery company over who is going to pay to get it fixed. I had to do it just for them to deliver the car to my brothers house, because the driver did not want to come to the house because it was in a residential area that he could not go into even though in house was in walking distance to a major street where he could have easily dropped the car off at.

I am reminded of this shipping experience every time I wash my car and see the scratch.
