Great experience, beginning to end. I was in a bad situation with another moving company, and Jon was a welcome breath of fresh air. He was straighforward, honest, and clear. The cost was reasonable and there were no hidden costs or fees, which was an issue with the other company I was working with. My car arrived in perfect condition and earlier than expected (4 days total to get from New York to California.) The driver communicated with me throughout to keep me updated, and Jon was available via phone and email readily throughout the process. This ended up being the easiest part of my move! Thank you so much!
