I have used car transport services several times in the past and these people were by far the worst. They kept changing time of deliver after first saying truck would arrive within the hour and were rude on the phone. They gave no paperwork (Bill of Lading) on either end of the trip, would not allow inspection of car, damaged inside door handle, refused responsibility, and left a nasty voicemail when I filed a damage claim! Absolutely terrible, inconsiderate customer service.
