Don't Waste Your Time or Money!!!

I contacted Interstate Auto Movers mid March to do a transport of my 2006 Mustang from California to Washington since we were moving. Within a day of requesting a quote I got a call from Ana Garcia, after a few days of calling back and forth we settled on an enclosed transport with pick up dates between April 11 through April 13. I told her that if for any unforeseen reasons the car couldn't be picked up between those dates it would have to be picked up at an alternate address, she told me it would be no problem. On March 26th I signed the contract and payed the $150.00 deposit. The pick up dates came and went and I heard nothing. We moved the car to the alternate address and moved to Washington. I tried contacting Interstate Auto Movers to see what was going on. I got a hold of Ana Garcia via email who let me know she had nothing to do with the contract any longer and told me she was forwarding my email to customer service. I still heard nothing back. Continued to call and email and no answer. Now two weeks later I get a call from Maria with Interstate Auto Mover who tells me that there may be a truck available to do a pick up tomorrow, but she needs to confirm if its available and she will call me back and let me know. Guess what... no call back to let me know. I'm done with being toyed with. I called them and emailed them to let them know that I was cancelling my contract. Interstate Auto Movers is unprofessional and has no communication skills, all they want is your deposit. Look for someone else with more integrity to do your transport. Thanks to Interstate Auto Movers I wasted a month of my time and my car is still sitting in California. Don't waste your time or your money.
