I called Hilton after looking at reviews on this site. After getting all the information needed I filled out the form on their site at 11 PM on a Tuesday night. On Wednesday Nichole called me to say that they had a driver and he would pick up my car on Thursday and deliver it on Friday. This was only 2 days after i called!!
The car was delivered at 9:15 AM on Friday. The driver called ahead and was very professional.
I WILL use Hilton if (when) I buy my next car.
