On october 28th of 2011, I contracted for and payment was received for shipment of my porsche boxster. the sellers policy allowed free storage until on or about the 2nd of november. I contacted haulmatch.com by phone and asked what the pickup date was and was told that they had 1-7 business days to pick up the vehicle. This was of course after i had already paid in full. I had printed their terms of use agreement and logistics services agreement and when asked to point out the allowed pickup days, I was asked when the vehicle was ready for pickup and shipping paid for and before i could answer, was rudely interupted and not allowed to answer. I then asked if i could answer the question asked, their reply was that i probably didn't know. I then asked them to not interrupt me and allow me to answer according to the tracking document i had in my hand that showed the time of payment and ready date both prior to 5:00 on friday the 28th. The dispatcher still insisted that it was not a business day and directed me to look under FAQ to seek my answer. After only having 2 days left before being charged storage fees, I was told that friday the 4th of november would be my pickup date. I awaited the date of the 4th and tracked my shipment online and saw the the pickup status was unchanged. I called haulmatch.com and asked to speak to a supervisor as my first call to the same dispatcer was so unplesant and refused to deal with him again. I was then informed that the driver told them that he would not be able to pick up the vehicle prior to the close of business, so it would be the 7th before it would be picked up. i was being charged $25 per day for storage and on the verge of resale. when trying to cancel and aske for a refund, my calls went to automated voicemail and held for over an hour. I chose to leave a message, but no calls were returned. finally on the 8th, the driver called to inform me that he had arrived to pick up my vehicle and the seller would not release it uopn my demands due to my cancelling and disputing the charges on my card due to no communication or delivery of product. I was then informed by the driver why ther was a problem with picking up the vehicle and that he was going to pay the storage fees, but the information was never passed on to me nor was the drivers information provided to me. this caused hardship to myself and the driver cusing waste of time, gas and me having to pay storage fees until i found another shipping company. haulmatch.com finally contacted me after their driver notified them that he couldn't pick up the vehicle and stated that i shopuld have told them that i had cancellled the shipment. I informed them of leaving multiple messages and being placed on hold for over an hour on several attempts, they offered a refund, but I had already turned it over to my credit cards dispute department. in my opinion, this is not a reputable company when they told me that it could take 1-7 days or a month to pick up my vehicle, pretty much when they got ready.
