This company is nothing but a way to get your deposit and let you sit and sit and sit waiting to be contacted. Once you send your deposit check (which gets cashed very quickly), you are supposed to be contacted by the company once a driver is dispatched to transport your vehicle. We called and called and no one ever answered the phone (called ID no doubt), voicemail box was full, etc. Apparently, the way this process works is that they post your job on a service board and the transport drivers select the jobs depending on their routes - and the fees they get! This company demands an insane amount of $225 just to post the job. The driver gets the rest ($400) when he completes the job. Three days before we were scheduled to fly home to NJ, we finally had to find another company to take over the transport because we couldn't get anyone from Goodfellas to update us. We wrote and cancelled the order and - no surprise - they won't refund the deposit. We were told it was already dispatched! Oh really - when were we going to be told about this. Seniors are a prey for this company. The name certainly describes this company. The only person you can get a hold of - sometimes - is Debbie who is the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever dealt with. Don't waste your time on this company. There are terrific people out there who do the job right.
