Numerous unanswered emails/phone calls. Car two months late, spent a month in North Dakota where we suspect 300 miles were added and the car became filthy inside with junk like fast food wrappers and water bottles. (We were starting the process to report the car stolen.) The car now stinks like horses and was full of horse hair along with numerous scratches on one door like a dog would make. This car came from a Lexus dealership and was mint. The car arrived in bond, nail though a tire. I had paid all brokerage upfront. I had to pay $190 in bond and storage charges that I am stuck with (Owner promised to reimburse me but I am still waiting). The delivery was supposed to be to my home or business but the bond terminal is in another city so really the contract was never fulfilled. Small broker operation. Website very deceiving as it makes the company look big and capable with their own trucks. If you look up their license in the Federal database they are only a broker not a carrier. Broker license was suspended for a time in 2011. I wish the owner well in his small business but I can't use him again.
