Let me start by saying that I should have done my homework and suggest everyone do the same before having their vehicle shipped. I have learned my lesson the hard way. I also work in customer service, so I know the difference between good, okay, and terrible. My experience was awful. I was going to use another company, but could not get anyone on the phone. So I went through Move on Time, which was the second on my list based on price, as I was on a budget. Had I looked into it further, I would have found that this company has an F rating on the BBB. Move on Time connected me with this group, which to the best of my knowledge is Express Delivery, but may be Express Delivery Inc., I'm not sure. The car was in CT with my family and I was out in WA. They called and set up the delivery time the day before which was supposed to be between 7 am and 10 am, eastern time. When they called my stepmother, they left no message, so she called back and was greeted with only "hello" no official anything. The next morning, at 6 am pacific time I got a call from the moving company, which I missed, so then they called my stepmother. A man who barely spoke English told her he would pick the car up at 4:30 pm. She asked him why he would be coming so late and he simply replied that he was working in NY city. She called me and asked me what to do as no one would be there since they had a wedding to attend. I called both companies and could reach no one on a Saturday. I had no choice but to call the driver. I could barely understand him and he gave me the wrong number for his dispatcher, and told me not to call her because it was 6:30 am in WA, to which I replied, "I'm calling you from Washington!" I called the number anyway and reached no one. I had to call him again and told him since I had not other options he was not to pick up the car unless I personally called him back. He only replied with "The dispatcher will call you in two hours." After a 10:30 job interview, I called my bf to see if they had called and they beeped in then. They were extremely rude to him, swore about the driver, and wanted us to leave the keys in the car unattended. He tried several times to tell them they needed to reschedule before the woman finally just said "Fine." and hung up! Since then I have heard nothing from anyone. I am waiting to see what the brokerage company does on Monday, when they get my email, since that was the only way I could get a hold of them. If your company directs you to Express Delivery, RUN!
