Very Bad Customer Service/Care

Their driver Nick was very good in getting my vehicle from Point A to Point B on time and provided me with updates when I requested them. He was easily accessible via call or text. However, my vehicle was delivered with minor damages such as scratches, chips, and dents. I emailed the company directly and spoke to the dispatcher and a "customer service manager" on the phone. Their email communications were very unprofessional with lack of proper email etiquette, carelessly-blunt, and their tone of voice was completely inappropriate. I have never received such bad customer service. If they want to keep their business running and want to RETAIN their customers, they have some serious work to do to change their behaviors, attitude, and their ability to communicate effectively and professionally with their clients.
