I have used three different car transport companies over the last 3 years without any problems but my experience with Dream Auto was a NIGHTMARE! The car was supposed to be picked up Saturday, May 28th, Memorial Day weekend....confirmed that on Thursday, May 26th with Vincent Kevinstein. The car was never picked up and after calling throughout the weekend and Monday no one returned my call. I finally was able to reach someone Tuesday and was told the car could not be picked up for the quoted price. For $400 more the car could be picked up. Joshua blamed it on Vincent being a new employee...quote too low? Really? Who is supervising him? And we entered into a contract and it was never fulfilled. Joshua went off on a swearing tirade, even using the F word! I also spoke with Ted, the dispatch supervisor, and told him about Joshua's totally unprofessional behavior. I urge you not to use this company! Save yourself from a nightmare!
