What a joke these idiots are!!!!! On the website they state, "Our goal is to pick-up and deliver your car to you safely and in a timely manner. We accomplish this by keeping each and every customer informed of the entire auto transport process. From reservation through delivery, our customer oriented staff will call you to confirm the pick-up of your vehicle, and let you know where your car is at different times during the transportation process." What a bunch of lies!!!!! They told me my car would be picked up on Wednesday and it was really picked up on Friday. They never called me and told me they had finally picked up my car; I had to call them. They told me the car would be to the destination on Monday or Tuesday and it showed up on Thursday. I was kept in the dark during the whole transportation process and was finally called by the driver on Wednesday night. The driver wanted me to drive out and meet him 2 hours from my home to pick up my car (I made him bring it to me.) The only thing that could have made this experience any worse is if the car had been damaged in transit. They also extorted an extra $50 out of me by telling me that they could find a carrier quicker for another $50 and I fell for it. I attempted to cancel but they had already picked up the car. Bottom line: If you don't mind waiting for you car and it doesn't bother you that you don't have a clue where your car is during transportation, Door2Door Auto Transport is for you.
