This was my first time to transport a car and I was very pleased with the experience. They were not the cheapest quote, but it was money well spent. Direct Express customer service and their driver were exceptionally polite, professional and easy to work with.
I had an appointment that could not be avoided at the same hour the driver was to drop off my car, but he was extremely helpful and waited until I got home.
