I had an excellent experience with the broker's liaison as well with the driver. The only reason the arrival time was delayed was because of a MAJOR storm scenario that ravaged the midwest and east coast in December, no surprises there! Car arrived in good shape and we are happy with our experience with Direct Express Auto Transport and the Jack Musial Transport (and the driver - Jack). I did ask for quotes from 12 transport companies and narrowed my search to two. I checked out BBB ratings and Auto Transport Ratings and Reviews. I will include Direct Express Auto Transport in my search to return our auto to Maine.
