I usually don't write online reviews, but after dealing with Counrtywide and Ryan I felt I owed it to them. So, after getting 20 phone calls from various brokers and feeling like giving upon on the whole deal I was given Ryan's number from an online associate that assured me these were the people to deal with. So I made the call. He was easy to get a hold of and communicated with me through the entire process, kept his word on and delivered on time like we agreed upon. I will be using them again and I strongly suggest you do the same!
