I had a 20+ year old BMW in Excellent Condition shipped from Seattle to Hilo, HI in December,2010. Carmoza contracted this delivery through Matson and everything regarding that worked fine. I delivered the car to Matson in Seattle Port for the approx. 20 day ocean voage. The sales person seemed quite efficient but later I realized he did not get all the facts right from Matson for the shipment to be carried out as originally planned. Just too eager. Carmoza'a C/S agent seemed to be better at picking up the pieces and getting the transport done to my partial satisfaction even though I ended up paying more than was originally promised. In fairness Carmoza did not have their contacts set up well enough to deal with the original shipping plan.
