I called the home office at 8:00 am on the morning of 9/23. When I asked for an update, the person on the phone couldn't have made it more apparent to me that she did not have the time for my question. When I told her the car was picked up on 9/17 she kept repeating that it was 7 to 10 days before drop-off. She would not even humor me and look up where it was. Four hours later Roy, the driver who was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met left me a message and said he wanted to deliver the car that same day between 7:30 and 9:30 PM. When I called him back, in a call that lasted 35 minutes, he let me know that the delivery location didn't fit that well into the schedule that he was keeping and tried to get me to meet him 33 miles from my home. He threatened me with extra charges or that I would have to wait longer for delivery if I did not agree. I also had to give directions, (to a trucking company?????) once to the home office and three times to the driver. The driver was trying to get me to commit to what routes he should take that could handle the size of his truck when he was 2 to 3 hours away from my house.

The scratches were not initialed by the sender and with the delivery being made at 10:00 PM in a turn lane in front of Wal Mart good lighting was a a premium.

It is impossible to be any unhappier then I am about this experience. I would never use CalTex or reccommend them to anybody.
