I gave Bravo Transport a work order to transport my car from Miami to Las Vegas. Fourteen days later, they had done nothing. I repeatedly sent e-mails, called, etc. and either no answer or they didn't know what was going on. I cancelled.

Customer mailed us the order and the deposit check from Singapore, we couldn't do anything until we received it. By the time we got them, he didn't want the car shipped anymore.
