Blue Star and their carrier, Falcon did a great job for me. When we ran into a problem with the location where our van was to be picked up, Eddy at Falcon perservered and saved the day. I am grateful for their assistance. Our van arrived undamaged and on time. The driver, Jose, was professional, helpful and pleasant.
