After 12 days and being nailed by Adam and A1 Auto Logistics for our deposit for an earlier attempt to get this car moved we fired A1 Auto Logistics and started looking to get another shipper. After emailing a request we were approached by Josh at BlueStar. We explained that we have had a very unpleasent experience with A1 Auto Logistics and that we really need to get this car moved. He assured us if we paid the extra and went with him he would get it moved the next day because we really needed the car to be moved then or we were going to fly out and pick it up.. Well after 4 days and ZERO communication from Josh or anyone and numerous unanswered phone call messages. We spoke to Josh not once after he took our deposit (his money). Also trying to use their tracking was very disheartining. I would never trust A1 Auto Logistics or Blue Star ever again they lie!!!!!
VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

We don't feel this review is deserved. The customer came to us after going through a different broker that never got the job done after weeks of trying and waiting. It is a very hard route to Montana. Mrs. Lyman contracted with us on 11/3, we immediately called her back and had the order dispatched to NAO Auto Transport, something the other companies could not accomplish, to load on Thursday 11/4 or Friday 11/5. The carrier assigned (NAO) ended up loading the car on Sunday 11/7, 2 days later than what they agreed to initially, most likely for circumstances beyond their control. The car was delivered 4 days later in Montana, damage free, and EARLIER than anticipated! Really, is this deserved? Our customer is upset because they feel that we lied to them regarding the pickup date and because she could not reach us over the weekend. We have no reason to lie and we have offered to send them a copy of the paperwork sent to the carrier to show her what they agreed to do. She declined. As for our operating hours, we are open M-F 9-6 PM, our dispatchers are on call 24/7.
