I was in a big jam after another carrier had accepted my order and did nothing for ten days! They kept coming back with lame excuses and no solutions. Enter Frank and Bluestar movers who did exactly what they said they were going to do and the car was picked up the very next day as promised. All aspects of the move were handled with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Sometimes you really need someone who can make things happen and Frank is the man to do it.
