After being told by "Ron" who is barely understandable that the car would be picked up on two different occasions I finally fired them. When they missed the first date they never bothered to call the seller who stayed home all day, then they called the seller to say they would be there between 3 and 5 on the 20th, never showed up never called, no one comes to work it appears in customer service as I was told Ron would be in around 10- heck of a way to run a business.

I havent gotten a refund of my deposit yet, so be careful when they ask for one. I told Jim I was an attorney and intended to sue them for the deposit and for what I have now paid for transport. he called me this morning screaming at me that he had a relative named "Margie O'Conner" who was the Illinois Attorney General and she would make trouble for me.............I can't wait. Actually the Illinois Attorney General is lisa Matigan, I will be talking with her office and DOT and anyone else I can think of on Monday June 23. These people are not what they claim to be.
