Honest and Great Experience With this Company!!!!!

After getting the run around from different companies on trying to get my 15 passenger van shipped to North Carolina I was so relieved to come across Big Discount Auto Movers. They were life savers!!!!!. I really enjoyed the honest and proffesional manner that Eileen treated me with. She was more interested in helping me get my vehicle to my home than worried about trying to scam me and take my money or change different prices. I first went with a company called ALL AMERICAN TRANSPORT *STAY AWAY* from these people they are really scammers and will leave you out in the cold with no help. Then I tried MOVE ON TIME *STAY AWAY* they are really scammers!!!!!! and Leroy was very rude these people changed the price on me 3 dfferent times they started really low then went high. After being so frustrated I finally spoke with Eileen who was honest and apologized for all that I had went through and gave me an honest fair price. I placed my order with her on 9-23-10 and she called me back that same day a few hours later and told me she had a carrier for me that would pick up my van that next day. Sure enough that is exactly what happened!!!! I had my vehicle at my home on 9-24-10 about 8:00 that evening. The driver Chris was vey nice and curteous and he stayed in contact with me and my husband throughout his whole ride from Maryland. When we woke up on 9-24-10 about 9:30 we called the dealership to see if Chris had made it there yet and he had aready been there and on the way with the vehicle. It took a little longer than expected because of a bad accident on the highway but that was understandable. Our van made it her as promised with no problems. So if any one out there needs a transport company PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use BIG DISCOUNT AUTO MOVERS they hold true to their word and give fair prices and stick to them.
