I was told they would do the job and they will have the cars picked up on the date requested.

I was never given a time or driver contact. I was tokl they would give me that information closer to pick up date. A week before the date, Danielle Hermann of Auto Transport ETC still did not give me a time or date but insisted that she would have drivers on or after the pick up date and would have something definitely closer to the end of the week. Wed middle of the week, I left her a voice mail and followed up with email. She replied to the email confirming the SUV's would be picked up on Saturday the 29th . I called to confirm and she finally answered telling me not to worry that most likely she will have a time by Friday the day before pick up. Friday came and went and I never heard from Danielle Hermann or anyone else from the company. I had to leave both vehicles at a corner of a vacant home becuase we had to move that same day. I called DZ9 Auto Transport the day of the move and they were able to set a date and time for a few days later and cheaper.

Update: After placing this review, Auto Transport ETC tried to have it removed by saying I was not a customer and they had no record of me at all. Fortunatley, I kept all the correspondences and dates of every communication and had to submit them to keep this Post active! Still have not heard from them. Not even an apology!

Definitely do not use this company!!!
