My daughter lives in a rural area in WA and her very old truck died. With the ongoing Pandemic, and her not even having a vehicle to go out and look at replacement vehicles, Mom here was pretty stressed out. When we came up with the idea to ship my extra vehicle up to her, I had no idea how many "shipping companies" there were out there! I called about 5 companies and did my research. When you consider that pretty much all the companies are brokering the same drivers, you realize the price won't vary much. But customer service and their driver vetting will. Stephen was incredibly helpful and walked me through everything. When a driver was found on a Friday night, Harry walked me through the payment process. In the end the driver dropped off the car late on a rainy night, and mom is breathing a little easier now.
