I was totally worried about shipping a car that I bought out of state! Would the car get damaged, stolen, would it cost a fortune, how long will it take!? All my fears subsided after talking to Jeremiah! He was so friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. I felt like he was totally looking out for my family! When our first transporter didn't work out, another dispatcher was helped us because Jeremiah was off. That didn't stop him from messaging us to say not to worry! He has a new baby at home and he's texting US on his weekend off to keep us from worrying?? It was amazing, over the top customer service! We had 2 dispatchers helping us over a weekend... how could we worry?? I knew we were going to get our car with Jeremiah on our side. And we did! The new transporter Jeremiah secured on Monday morning ended up getting our car to us a day early even! It was perfect!! The whole process was so simple! I'm trying to find other things to be transported just to give Jeremiah more business! So call him if you can! Do it now!
