I was referred to Allegiance Auto Shipping by my house movers and they gave me a great price compared to other quotes, so I went with them. I was a little bit apprehensive because of some bad reviews on the internet, but I had already made a deposit, so I just went with it.

I told them my first available date was June 14th with the idea that this would give me a 2 day pick-up window of June 14th-June 15th. The house movers were coming on June 15th so that would mean ideally everything would be picked up and ready for me to make arrangements for my outgoing flight by the next day, the 16th.

I finally received a call on June 14th from the dispatcher. She said that she was verifying this was my first available date and that likely tomorrow, a driver would be dispatched. I explained to her that I was flying out of the state on June 17th and she promised to do everything she could to try to arrange for pick-up before I had to fly out of town. The next day, I did not receive a follow-up call from her, but when I called customer service they told me a driver had already been assigned and that he should call to schedule a pick-up date for tomorrow, the 16th. I did not receive a call from him and the number they provided to me went to voicemail, which was full - I couldn't even leave a message. I called customer service the next morning (this is the 16th) and they had the driver call me within 30 minutes to schedule a pick-up time.

I had no problem staying until he showed up that afternoon, but my friend offered to stay and get the vehicle signed off so that I could drive to the city where my flight was leaving. Luis picked up the car from Bogar Corporation, and he was very nice and cordial with her and very accomodating to me on the phone when I explained the situation.

They told me the car would take 3-5 business days to arrive, and so I figured the earliest I would get the car would be Monday. However, to my huge surprise, I received a call from Luis that he was in town a day early (only 4 calendar days, 2 business days). The car was in the same condition I left it - dirty. :) But no scratches and no damage.

Overall, I think their communication could have been better, and perhaps if I had had the knowledge to ask about the specifics of a pick-up window and been more prepared, I would have made a better choice about the first available pick-up date. However, in the end, I have been very satisfied and would use them again if I had to ship my car again.
