A couple days ago I posted my experience with All USA Moving Services. One of their customer service reps (Barbara) posted a response in an to clear their name. Her statement is completely innacurate, and it further tells me how unethical they really are.

I just want to say that my experience posted is accurate and unexaggerated. The company first agree to refund my $125 dollars for their inability to fulfull their obligation outlined on the contract, and now they are refusing to refund the deposit in retaliation of my customer review.

I am a reasonable person, and I never stated that I wanted the vehicle picked up immediately. Furthermore, Barbara had stated that it was a $175 regardless of the pick-up date. Whether it was the weekend of the 25 Mar, or the following weekend. I would not have had a problem if they would have picked up the vehicle within four day of the agree upon date. But, it wasn't an option given to me. My only option according to them was to pay an extra $175 dollars, because the driver wanted $175 dollars more.

I will not write anymore customer reviews pertaining to this issue, but I wanted to make sure that people know that my experience is completely accurate. I have no reason to lie about anything.


You can get away with some things some times, but you can't away with everything all the time.........treat people like you would like to be treated.
