I went with All Transport Depot because they had the lowest quote and they belonged to the Better Business Bureau. The first time that I called, I spoke to a man who polite and helpful. The company requires a 3-day pick-up window. When I was on the phone with the first guy we discussed April 27-29th as pick-up days, but that my preference was for the 29th. When I filled out the application that he had sent me by email, I realized that it really was not feasible for me to be without a car before the 29th, so I put the pick-up date as on or after 4/29. Since I moving on the 29th, I made arrangements to leave the keys with a friend and put his full contact information on the application along with my own.

Someone from All Transport called me on 4/26 about picking the car up the next day. I explained that on my application I had clearly stated that the car could not be picked up before 4/29. The woman had a very thick accent, so I'm not sure I understood everything she was saying or that she was understanding me. She just kept insisting that Friday was the only day the car could be picked up. Apparently, she was right because even though I called the company when I hung up with her and they assured me that the car would be picked up in a 3 day window starting with my requested date of the 29th, the car was still sitting in the driveway of my old house on Wednesday, May 3rd. My friend said that he had never been contacted about the car. I had even called on 5/1 to make sure the car would be picked up and the woman I spoke to assured me it would be picked up that day. I was concerned though because when I called her a second time on my cell phone to make sure she had my friend's contact information to get the keys I got the answering machine. When I called back from a land line, she picked up and seemed annoyed that I had called back.

When I called on 5/4 to cancel the woman I spoke to was rude and completely unreasonable. She insisted that there was an All Transport driver in the area to pick up my car that very day, in fact as we spoke, even though neither I nor my friend had been contacted. Then she said that I would be charged the $150 deposit because the non-existent driver was in the area already and that they had 7 days to pick-up the car. The deposit was actually $195 so she didn't even know the company fees and NO WHERE in their policies does it say they have 7 days or that you forfeit your deposit. After arguing with her she said she would just cancel the order. The next day she charged my credit card for $95. Why $95? Who knows! I am now disputing the charge with the credit card company.

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, TROUBLE, AND MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM ALL TRANSPORT DEPOT!
