GREAT COMPANY, I MUST COMMEND this Carrier (and yes they have their own trucks). My customer needed his car picked up URGENTLY that same day and could ONLY be picked up between 6-7 PM). Yuri (the Owner/Manager) agreed to go out of her way to accommodate me. When they got there to pick up (exactly on time), unbeknownst to me and especially her driver, the 1973 Chevy Caprice would not run (as we were lead to believe it would). Aside the fact that it cost more to manually load & unload w/winch, this particular truck did not have one. Her driver Jose still spent two hours w/help attempting to do anything possible to get it loaded (my customer was freaking out & needed the car in Ft Walton Bch/by Destin the following day). Long story short, knowing I was in a bind (no one goes to the Panhandle, I would have never gotten anyone else & would've lost my commission). Yuri got one of her other trucks w/winch (who was full at the time) to rearrange customers cars to pick up my customers car the following morning (at NO ADDITIONAL COST). Car's already been delivered, my customers extremely pleased, and Yuri is a ROCK STAR...I won't hesitate to call upon them for all of my customers future needs & personally want to thank her for making me look good. GREAT JOB, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Other carriers would've charged my customer more & I would've been on my own if it weren't for her generosity & professionalism, I wish their were more carriers out there like you. Thanks again
