This is an update to my "never use again " review. I received a call from Kurt today re: my negative review. We had a fairly long conversation that was mutually beneficial. He understood my reasons for the review and in turn I understood where he was coming from. He apologized and I told him I appreciated the call very much. We ended the conversation on a favorable note.AAAT I believe, is a reputable company and although my experience was not up to par I feel more confident in them following our conversation.
